Terry David Drew is a self-taught photographer, and videographer who has enjoyed a successful commercial career of over thirty years.

Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, Terry's passion for photography began in a home-made darkroom in his parents' basement where he processed rolls of film and developed contact sheets when he was just 10 years old. He turned his lifelong interest into a career while still in college when he opened his first studio specializing in portfolio shots for aspiring models. Within two years he moved to Chicago where he built a reputation on his mastery of lighting as well as his ability to identify and enhance his subjects' best form.

In addition to his vast experience with all types and formats of still photography, Terry is an experienced cinematographer and videographer. His work in motion film includes cinematography on LA-based film _Wish_, and a documentary exploring the world of underprivileged young mothers _New Moms.
